This Privacy Policy describes how VoidConvert ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), published by XadRocX and identified by the package name com.xadrocx.voidconvert, handles information in connection with your use of the App on iOS and Android devices.
Short version: VoidConvert performs all file conversions directly on your device. We do not collect, upload, store, sell, or share your files, your personal information, your location, your contacts, or your device identifiers. The only data processed by a third party is the anonymous subscription information handled by RevenueCat and the platform's billing system (Apple In-App Purchase on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android) when you choose to purchase VoidConvert Pro.
VoidConvert is designed to operate entirely on your device. We do not collect:
When you select a file inside VoidConvert, the file is processed locally on your device using an in-app conversion engine (based on open-source libraries such as ffmpeg.wasm running inside the App's embedded WebView). Your files never leave your device. There is no server upload, no cloud storage, and no remote processing involved in any conversion.
VoidConvert offers an optional subscription called VoidConvert Pro that unlocks unlimited conversions and additional features. If you choose to subscribe:
VoidConvert uses your device's local storage to remember how many free conversions you have used in the current day and to cache your subscription status. This information never leaves your device.
VoidConvert requests the minimum platform permissions needed to let you pick a file and save the converted output back to your device.
VoidConvert is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties. VoidConvert contains no advertising SDKs and no analytics SDKs.
Because all conversions happen on your device, the security of your files depends on your own device security. Subscription transactions are secured end-to-end by the platform billing system and RevenueCat.
Because we do not collect personal information, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
