These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoidConvert mobile application ("the App"), published by XadRocX ("we", "us", or "our") and identified by the package name com.xadrocx.voidconvert. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS and Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to these Terms and the applicable platform terms.
VoidConvert is an on-device file conversion tool. It allows you to convert image, audio, and video files between supported formats using an in-app conversion engine. All conversions happen locally on your device. Your files are not uploaded to any server.
The App offers a free tier that includes a limited number of conversions per day (currently two conversions, subject to change). The App also offers an optional paid subscription called VoidConvert Pro, which unlocks unlimited conversions, a higher per-file size limit, batch conversions (when available), and additional advanced formats.
Actual prices are shown in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) at the time of purchase and may vary by region or currency.
All purchases are processed through the platform's billing system (Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time: On iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by the platform through which you made the purchase. We do not process refunds directly.

You retain all rights to the files you convert with the App. Because VoidConvert never uploads your files, we do not and cannot claim any rights over them.
The App integrates with Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) and Google Play Billing (Android) for payments, and RevenueCat for subscription entitlement verification. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CONVERSION WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC RESULT.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any files you convert with the App. We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or damage to your files.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL XADROCX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
